How Chinese are learning English ?

We all know the strides China is making for learning English and this urge of learning is giving rise to innovative ways .
Here is one approach device by one such guy Who believes that by speaking in open , in masses , with hand expressions and loudly Chinese people can learn quickly and can overcome shyness and inhibition.
I dunno how effective this approach is but defiantly it is an approach which has a mix of Chinese people willingness to learn English and overcome there culture inhibition.
